Sean from Restoration 1 responded immediately to my urgent call on a cold snowy night in January, After calling many restoration companies, I never received a call back. They where either backed up or never had the professionalism to return a phone call. Sean of Restoration 1 made an appointment with me the same day to assessed the damage. Had them out to clean the carpets before the new baby comes. They were very fast, efficient, and polite. They took about 45 minutes from the time they started to finish. They got stains out that I never thought would come out. Fantastic job highly recommend and will use again!read more

We recently purchased a home and unfortunately had a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom. Restoration1 was at our house within the hour! Their team was very thorough in reviewing the damage, and were sensitive to the fact that we just moved in. The guys from restoration one responded quicker than they originally told us on the phone, which was awesome. Sean and Martin were spectacular! They were the first to arrive, immediately assessed our situation and got right to work before the rest of the restoration one team arrived. They have been extremely responsive to our needs and did what it took to ensure our living room is dry again. I highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.read more

We are out of state property owners and absolutely LOVE the service that Restoration1 Las Vegas offers! Their employees, especially Shawn was a great communicator and worked so beautifully with our tenants. Their workmanship, attention to detail and their turnaround time was amazing!
